We did not want Milan Adamčiak’s legacy to continue only in books and galleries. His work was influenced by his presence on the outskirts – artistic and in his last years also geographical and social. Recently, it was shaped by the surroundings of Banská Belá and Banská Štiavnica. Here, it can best be understood.

JAMA 2019, international /non/festival of intermedia art, commemorated Milan Adamčiak’s 73rd birthday in the places where he had been most at home in recent years, presented his work and established a continuation of Adamčiak’s work.
